The Indian Navy has issued notification regarding recruitment for the post of Sailors for Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) for unmarried Male candidates. Interested candidates can apply for eligible for the post through online on or before 8 June 2014.

Important Dates-

• Opening date for Online Application Forms: 26 May 2014


• Last date for Online Application Forms: 8 June 2014


• Last Date for receipt of Application Forms: 16 June 2014


• Last Date for receipt of Application Forms for candidates of North-East, J&K, Andman & Nicobar, Lakshdweep & Minicopy Island: 23 June 2014

 

Educational Qualification-

 

• Aspirants should be class 12th  or equivalent qualified from state or central board with Math and Physics as compulsory subjects with at least Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology as one of the subject.

Age Limitation-

• Candidate should be between 17 to 21 years of age.

Selection Procedure-

• Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of written exam followed by physical test and Medical Examination.

• Interested aspirants should visit the official site i.e. www.nausena-bharti.nic.in to apply online.


• Candidates then click on the Apply for Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR).


• Candidates should fill the necessary details carefully.


• Candidates are advised to keep the application number with them for future reference.


• Candidates are required to take two printouts of the online Application Form having the system generated Application Number. Candidates should send the Application form with photo attached along with class 12th mark-sheet, matriculation certificate, domicile, NCC Certificate (if held) & oneself addressed envelope of size 22x10 cms with Rs 10/- stamp affixed on envelope at the centers specified in the notification.
